Impact of Collaborative Projects
Vital Signs provides an opportunity for community collaboration and support to begin to address key challenges. Through grants, volunteer time and backbone support, The County Foundation supports collaborative work and capacity-building in many core issue areas.
Collaborative community-based approaches to well-being can have a much greater impact than individual efforts. By taking joint action and engaging stakeholder expertise and insights, there is much greater potential for long-term, sustainable solutions. Benefits of working together include shared goals, learning and projects; coordination of resources; attraction of significant funding; and access to a wide network of expertise.

The Vital Impact Fund brings together the work of our Vital Signs data and our grants to better serve the needs of the Prince Edward County community.
