Vital Signs creates opportunities for collaboration and support to address key community challenges. Through grants, volunteer time and organizational support, The County Foundation helps build capacity and support collaborative work across many issue areas.
Working together can have a greater and more lasting impact than individual efforts by bringing shared goals, expertise, resources and networks together. Collaboration also creates opportunities for shared learning, coordinated action and stronger access to funding—helping build more sustainable solutions.
