About Vital Signs®

Vital Signs® Prince Edward County brings together local data and community knowledge to provide an ongoing snapshot of the trends and issues shaping our community. The information helps inform decision-making, strengthen quality of life and direct resources where they can have the greatest impact.

Vital Signs® is Canada’s largest community-driven data program, led nationally by Community Foundations of Canada and carried out locally by community foundations. In Prince Edward County, the program is coordinated by The County Foundation.

The County Foundation‘s wide community networks create natural connections with people who care deeply about our County. As both asset-builders and grant makers, the Foundation is in a unique position to identify trends, understand challenges, and strengthen community capacity.
